      Section 1 Eligibility for Refunds

      Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date All of the following conditions must be met

      1 Seeds must remain unopened unused and in original condition
      2 Original packaging must be complete and undamaged
      3 Products must not be custom made or marked as final sale
      4 Seeds must not show damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
      5 Full refunds apply when the issue is our responsibility including incorrect items shipping damage or delivery mistakes

      Section 2 How to Submit a Refund Request

      To begin a refund request please contact customer support within 15 days of delivery

      2 Short explanation for the refund request
      3 Clear photos if the seeds are damaged or incorrect

      Requests are reviewed promptly and a response is provided within 1 business day If approved return instructions and the return address will be shared when applicable

      Section 3 Return Shipment Process

      Once approval is given returned items must be shipped within 3 days

      1 A trackable shipping method is required
      2 Returned seeds will be inspected upon receipt
      3 Refunds are issued within 2 business days after inspection
      4 Refunds are sent to the original payment method

      Section 4 Shipping Cost Responsibility

      1 For returns based on personal reasons such as change of mind original shipping charges are not refundable
      2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in these cases
      3 When returns result from defects incorrect items or shipping errors Srqsarasota Patio Furniture covers all related shipping costs
      4 Customers should retain tracking information until the refund is fully completed

      Section 5 Additional Conditions

      1 Refund requests submitted after 15 days may be refused

      3 Returns damaged due to poor packaging may be ineligible for refunds
