      Eligibility for Exchange

      Exchanges may be granted in the following cases

      1 Seeds damaged during shipping
      2 Incorrect seed variety or quantity received
      3 Seeds that are clearly defective or unusable on arrival

      Issues caused by improper storage handling planting or use after delivery are not eligible for exchange

      Exchange Limitations

      Exchanges will not be accepted for

      1 Changes of mind including preferences in color size flavor or growth expectations
      2 Germination failures caused by environmental or planting factors
      3 Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
      4 Items marked as Final Sale or Non Returnable

      2 For other approved exchanges customers are responsible for return and reshipping fees
