What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship seeds within the United States only Shipping to U S territories and P O Box addresses is not supported
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation Weekends and holidays are excluded
When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after shipment depending on your location and carrier schedules
Is there free shipping?
Yes orders over 50 USD qualify for free shipping Orders below that incur a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD
How can I track my order?
Once shipped you will get an email with tracking information to monitor your package
What if my seeds arrive damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@srqsarasotapatiofurniture.shop with your order number and photos of the issue We will review and assist according to our exchange and return policies
Can I exchange seeds?
Exchanges are accepted for damaged defective or incorrect seeds Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery Personal preference or germination issues are not eligible
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery for unopened unused seeds with intact packaging Contact us at info@srqsarasotapatiofurniture.shop with order details and photos if applicable
