Order Processing
1 All seed orders are processed within one to two business days following payment confirmation
2 Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays
3 During peak periods such as sales events or promotions processing may take longer We will notify you by email if there are significant delays
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

1 We partner with trusted domestic carriers to provide reliable shipping services
2 After shipment typical delivery time ranges from four to seven business days depending on the destination and carrier schedules

Shipping Areas
1 Shipping is currently available only within the United States
2 We do not ship to U S territories or P O Box addresses at this time
Shipping Costs
1 Orders with a subtotal of 50 USD or more qualify for free shipping
2 For orders below 50 USD a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD applies
3 Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout
4 Occasionally special shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website
Delays and Liability
1 While we strive to meet delivery estimates delays can occur due to weather carrier issues or high shipping volumes
2 Srqsarasota Patio Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
3 We are happy to assist you in tracking shipments and communicating with carriers to resolve delivery concerns when possible
Packaging and Condition on Arrival
1 All seeds are packaged carefully to maintain quality and avoid damage during shipping
2 If your order arrives damaged incomplete or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3 Email us at info@srqsarasotapatiofurniture.shop including your order number and clear photos showing the issue
4 We will review your case promptly and offer a replacement or suitable solution according to our return and exchange policies.
